Best Long Straw Building
We have been awarded the ‘Best Long Straw Building’ and ' The best thatched
house award ' by the Oxfordshire Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Thatchers Association.
Wiltshire Master Thatchers Association
The Wiltshire Master Thatchers Association was formed in 1947, with just 6 members but has grown since its launch and now represents 17 full members based in Wiltshire and work throughout the county.
The National Council of Master Thatchers Association (NCMTA)
The National Council of Master Thatchers Associations represents the county based Master Thatchers Associations. The thatching trade associations which began in 1947 were formed mostly from the existing major thatching families.
